Patrick Thean is an award winning serial entrepreneur who has started and exited multiple startups. He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for North Carolina in 1996 and achieved a ranking of 151 on the Inc 500 in 1997. He is also the author of Execute without Drama.An entertaining and motivating international speaker (United States, Singapore, New Zealand and Malaysia), Patrick speaks and facilitates seminars on the following topics: 1) Execute without Drama (Dashboards and Metrics to Execute Your Plan with 100% Confidence and Avoid Getting Blindsided) and 2) The Rockefeller Habits (Business Growth).
He has spoken at the Fortune Small Business Growth Conferences, MIT’s Entrepreneurial Masters Program (EMP), and various YPO and Entrepreneur Organization chapters. Patrick was recently appointed to Co-Chair of MIT’s world-renowned Entrepreneurial Masters Program (formerly known as Birthing of Giants or BOG).

Patrick is the CEO of Gazelles Systems, a coaching and dashboard software firm for high growth companies, as well as the CEO of Leadline, his personal consulting company. He is also an advisor and coach to corporate boards, founders and CEOs.
Patrick received both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
