Chris Freiburger

Dr. Freiburger is founder and principal of Human Capital Management Group, Inc., a global consultancy focused on improving organizational performance through maximizing the potential of people. He has more than 25-years experience applying his knowledge of industrial and organizational psychology to maximize the value of an organization’s investment in its human capital. He specializes in helping organizations manage their talent through executive selection and development, executive coaching, and aligning talent management systems and company cultures with business strategy and targets. His primary goal in working with client companies is to help them build talented, A Player organizations in which the value of the company’s human capital is maximized. Dr. Freiburger is an expert in Topgrading and a member of Brad Smart’s exclusive Topgrading assessment team.

Dr. Freiburger’s approach to coaching focuses on helping individuals develop results-oriented strategies for being highly effective in their roles and career. He treats each opportunity to help someone differently, with a highly tailored approach that meets the individual’s and organization’s needs and expectations. Dr. Freiburger enjoys working with high performers who want to realize their full potential and reach the next level.

Dr. Freiburger completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI and received his MA Degree in Industrial Psychology from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI. He received his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Psychology, Chicago, IL. He also maintains membership in several business and professional associations and has served two terms as President of the association of Chicago Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.
